In the last reading i was attracted by the interaction between instructors and students when they were using correspondence and independent study. The issue of interaction in distributed /distance learning is playing an important key in the successful of the course which is offered by distributed /distance learning courses because Using effective interaction will be able the instructor to identify and meet individual student needs. In this point, students can interact with the instructor and other students and also it can help to improve the course. Moore and Kearsley mentioned about two approaches of distance education; one of them is home study courses which may not have interaction between the instructor and other students. However, the other is the independent study which instructors and students can interact with each others. Based on this, do you think that the instructors play an important role in interaction that provides motivation, feedbak to the students in distributed/distance Learning?
